I actually changed the circuit since taking this picture as I had some problems with interference on the second half of the circuit. Thanks to Keith Doxey, I removed the second set of +12V and -12V rails - all works fine now :)

PC ATX PSU wired in. The green/black cable is the remote on/off lines. I've just shorted these and not bothered to put in an on/off switch as there didn't seem much point.
